Tenant Improvements
Electrical design for tenant improvement projects is included in Cammisa and Wipf's offering of services. We have had experience at various office buildings throughout the Bay Area with projects ranging from a few hundred square feet to several hundred thousand square feet. Our designs are functional, reliable, and economical. We work closely with the end-use tenants, building owners, and contractors to ensure projects are completed successfully on time and within budget.
Townsend Center is one facility where we have designed many tenant improvement projects. This 775,000 square foot building is a dynamic internet/multimedia facility located in the heart of San Francisco's Multimedia Gulch.
